Title Minecraft Teams

Description of suggestion
So as far as I can remember back in 2017/2019 ish, teams had a bit more meaning to them. Of course you can always go to kingdoms if you want more of the war/team rank vibe. I thought it would be interesting to have something a bit different.

Currently, teams do not have much interaction with each other. Especially not like they used to. I would like to see team dynamics make a return, as it increases bonding between team members and allied team members. So now teams are basically just names and you get a top list of all the members. So basically it’s just like a Foxtitle.

So my main idea is to give teams more meaning. It would be nice to have a team bank, not all members can access it. (You would need a position as Team mod or leader co-leader). If you keep that in mind it would also be interesting to get a lvl ranking system.

Possible side effects of suggestion
So, what features/bonuses do I suggest are added in per level? Here are some ideas:
Team Levels: So to get these levels, you would have to be a team of more than 5 players. And have 15 mil in the bank system. So for each 5 players and 15 mil you can get a level higher. The higher level you get how more difficult it will be to get a level up.

Team chest: Increased slots – for instance +9 slots for each 10th level.

Team sethomes/warps: Increased team homes – for instance +1 for the first 10 levels. Allow for only one 'primary' team home, which would be the one that has increased team fly in its claim, all other things we know currently as team homes would be team warps or something along those lines.

Member limit: Increased member limit for instance each time u reach 5th level you get 2 extra member slots.

Team roles: Make it possible to assign one co-owner (owner, co-owner, mod, member. Owner is still above co-owner) – for either first or second upgrade. So the banking system will make sure you don’t get robbed by a new player. (So basically just like kingdom roles)

Team chat: Introduce role specific chats, this would add the possibility to chat in a team chat exclusively for the teams owner/co-owner/mods – for instance a nice feature for second upgrade

Team Fly: /fly speed being optionally increased in team claims when your team has more xp/or a higher lvl. (Ofc you already have /fly at rank mystic fox or higher. So you could give it as a buff for 1 Hour just like foxcreative on oneblock.)

Team Disbands
Just like personal claims, have teams disappear (including their upgrades and contents of team chest) if not one member of the team has been online for 2 months. So, to be clear this is not for if the team OWNER is inactive, this is including any and all members. This would encourage teams to stay active.

It might be argued that this is extreme, and although it works about the same for claims, claims can be saved by storebought claims or a certain amount of claimblocks. Maybe the second team level could extend this disband to 4 months (double it) or just half a year.

Final part
There is also the option to have these perks as upgrades instead of the level system. It would work the same, but it will have higher chance that players who already have a lot of in game money, have all the perks in a few days. It could change if you need more players in the team or have a specific perk to get a next upgrade “.

one more suggestion concerning the relevancy of teams:
aside from [/team chat], and possibly a mods/owner chat, add [/team chat ally] or [/team chat <teamname>] for allied teams. Below this I've written out a few different ways in which this could be implemented (+ a feature that allows you to ally with other team(s) will be needed)

1. being able to ally one (1) other team and enter the allied chat with something like [/team chat ally]
2. being able to ally a few teams and enter the allied chat with something like [/team chat <teamname>]
3. possible but likely to be confusing: being able to ally a few teams and enter the (collective) allied chat with something like [/team chat ally]. This does mean that if an allied teams member is sending messages in that chat meant for someone in a team your team is not allied with, it will look like they're talking to air.

also, if this were implemented it would be fun if you can see what other teams a team is allied with when you view their info with [/team info <teamname>], this way the connections between different teams can be easily viewed.

I like this a lot.

I would like to see lots of perks you could buy for your team and have to unlock levels to get to them, also I think they should be *very* expensive to get. So a team would probably need to work together to contribute to the team bank to have enough to buy the team upgrade. 1 minion costs more than 6m to upgrade to t5 and that is just 1 minion.

Prices for some of the more advanced unlocks like fly should be in the hundreds of millions.

I would like to see some more utilities added for managing members.Being able to sort the team list alphabetically and by last login would be extremely useful for working with permissions and finding inactive members.

Having team ranks would help solve having to find inactive team members to remove.
Un-ranked team members can be removed automatically after a period of time.
I like the idea of co-owners/moderators, but it should be impossible to remove the original team creator owner without a specific transfer of ownership.
Be able to set a team home to ranked or unranked. (give new team mebers access to some stuff but not everything)

It would be nice if we could create our own team ranks or at least be able to rename them, but if not I suggest:
no rank(only gets access to un-ranked team homes, auto removed after 90 days of inactivity)
member(gets access to all team homes)
maintainer(gets container trust at all claims with team permission
builder(gets build rights at claims with team permission)
moderator(can change lower level ranks)
admin(can add/remove members, create moderators)

I would like to see some features for team building projects and claims.

- be able to add an entire team to a claims permissions
I would like to by default give container trust to team members at various team homes.
Have team claims that are open to all team members for building.

- add other teams to claims permissions
just like you container trust a player, being able to container trust another team would be useful for allowing allied teams access to a team base.

This is more claim specific, but being able to set a claim to have container trust for all would be nice for making public resources.

While I agree that some upgrades should be expensive to encourage a team to work together to achieve it, I don't think important gameplay features such as the fly should be so expensive. Teams/Players shouldn't miss out on such important features just because they're in a smaller or less active team

I would like to see the team system in the survival server have a more meaning like I would love to see more drama or something more fun with the teaming and same with party's

I agree with you, we were talking about the team limit. I think instead of who has 2 teams now it could be one big team and you can create. Sub teams, such as Roof and Rooof. But it would still function as one big team.

I have a really cool suggestion about money and teams
So first I would like to see higher up players would deposit money for the team to spend instead of 1 player spending stuff
And I would love to sell chest that you have to buy some money to upgrade to get more % of the profit and speed to make the sell chest faster to sell items or blocks

Just like I suggested in my post about the money team bank. I would like to see more of a balance between that.

I was just using that as an example, I agree the the majority of team features you can unlock for money should be a reasonable amount for a small team to get (or need). A small team isn't going to need to spend a lot of money to add member slots, but they would like to say increase the size of the team chest or add some abilities like flying.
you could make the perks scale like the rank animals but come up with new names for the team levels.

So make it like a skill tree and you build out the levels on each team skill or perk. The team would unlock items as they fulfill lower item requirements, and you could make them cross branch so you could say something like this perk requires some other perk or the team to be at a specific level before it's unlocked.

I do still think there should be some top tier items that only a very large team would want or desire and these things should be expensive so you would need to actually work together as a team to accomplish the needed requirements. As well as say unlocked other items so you can't just blast through one perk to max ignoring all the others to help keep it balanced.
