Title Minecraft Teams

Description of suggestion
So as far as I can remember back in 2017/2019 ish, teams had a bit more meaning to them. Of course you can always go to kingdoms if you want more of the war/team rank vibe. I thought it would be interesting to have something a bit different.

Currently, teams do not have much interaction with each other. Especially not like they used to. I would like to see team dynamics make a return, as it increases bonding between team members and allied team members. So now teams are basically just names and you get a top list of all the members. So basically it’s just like a Foxtitle.

So my main idea is to give teams more meaning. It would be nice to have a team bank, not all members can access it. (You would need a position as Team mod or leader co-leader). If you keep that in mind it would also be interesting to get a lvl ranking system.

Possible side effects of suggestion
So, what features/bonuses do I suggest are added in per level? Here are some ideas:
Team Levels: So to get these levels, you would have to be a team of more than 5 players. And have 15 mil in the bank system. So for each 5 players and 15 mil you can get a level higher. The higher level you get how more difficult it will be to get a level up.

Team chest: Increased slots – for instance +9 slots for each 10th level.

Team sethomes/warps: Increased team homes – for instance +1 for the first 10 levels. Allow for only one 'primary' team home, which would be the one that has increased team fly in its claim, all other things we know currently as team homes would be team warps or something along those lines.

Member limit: Increased member limit for instance each time u reach 5th level you get 2 extra member slots.

Team roles: Make it possible to assign one co-owner (owner, co-owner, mod, member. Owner is still above co-owner) – for either first or second upgrade. So the banking system will make sure you don’t get robbed by a new player. (So basically just like kingdom roles)

Team chat: Introduce role specific chats, this would add the possibility to chat in a team chat exclusively for the teams owner/co-owner/mods – for instance a nice feature for second upgrade

Team Fly: /fly speed being optionally increased in team claims when your team has more xp/or a higher lvl. (Ofc you already have /fly at rank mystic fox or higher. So you could give it as a buff for 1 Hour just like foxcreative on oneblock.)

Team Disbands
Just like personal claims, have teams disappear (including their upgrades and contents of team chest) if not one member of the team has been online for 2 months. So, to be clear this is not for if the team OWNER is inactive, this is including any and all members. This would encourage teams to stay active.

It might be argued that this is extreme, and although it works about the same for claims, claims can be saved by storebought claims or a certain amount of claimblocks. Maybe the second team level could extend this disband to 4 months (double it) or just half a year.

Final part
There is also the option to have these perks as upgrades instead of the level system. It would work the same, but it will have higher chance that players who already have a lot of in game money, have all the perks in a few days. It could change if you need more players in the team or have a specific perk to get a next upgrade “.
