The command is a server problem (Prison)
Player who are pvping can use /speed. this is an unfair advantage. Why? well the player who has perms to use /speed will abuse it. how will the player abuse it? well players can use /speed as a get away tactic.
player who use /speed can run away really fast from the player who doesn't have to command. also people without the command will have a slower percent chance of hitting the player they are fighting. this is because of how fast the player runs. finally the player who is using /speed will be harder to spot because of just how fast they are moving
possible side effects: there will be no negative side effects
