Title Re-roll Shop Token

Description of suggestion
So.. This token is broken, beyond anything else.

Is it a great idea? Yes! If we didnt have people waiting for the popular crop to come into shop and reroll it, just so people cant sell..

Its actively being used, to hurt everyone.. and its not okay.

The idea was great, but you need to find a way to stop it being abused maliciously.

Like it has been.

1 person, being able to re-roll everything, for everyone else.. Not a smart idea. At all. Have it re-roll to that singular person. That would be a better choice.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Fair Shop for EVERYONE, not just people who paid for crates.
Stop the trolling
