Closed Fix Redstone

• *Description of suggestion: Reset redstone to the normal tick time for hoppers etc...
• Possible side effects of suggestion: It could increase the lag but it would make more people happy as I have seen many people begging staff for this fix.

I want it to be changed but! The Tickrate would be faster and the server will lagg even more since it runs on a 2 mb sd card.
