Description of suggestion
Allow for riptide while in combat as it is primarily a offensive enchantment that isn't super useful without combat. It allows for the trident to be properly used as a weapon as well as for combinations with maces and sword pvp.

Side effects aren’t necessarily positive nor negative per definition. So, the fact that players might run more often is a valid side effect of this suggestion.

However, I’m not a fan of this suggestion since this will give ranked players an advantage over unranked players through /pweather
