Description of suggestion
I have a few suggestions:

:mc_38-1:- Give Mysticfox and up the ability to fly on other islands. It is very annoying to not be able to fly on other islands!

:mc_38-1:- Currently, if you fly out of your island, your /fly will turn off. It would be nice if this doesn't disable when you fly off your island because it can be very annoying when you are building.

:mc_38-1:- Remove PvP from the Nether. (Idk if this is still on). If you want to pvp just go to /warp pvp.

:mc_38-1:- Give everyone a Nether portal (if possible). Currently, a lot of places have been looted in the Nether because everyone spawns in the same place.

:mc_38-1:- Add an island border. You could toggle it off or on, whatever you prefer. This prevents you from flying out your island space. (It can look cool too in my opinion)

These are some of my suggestions. Let me know what you think about them!

Possible side effects of suggestion
:mc_38-2:- Prevents falling into the void when you are building close to the border of your islands.
:mc_38-2:- Be able to fly on other people's islands.
:mc_38-2:- The ability to walk save in the Nether, without being 'scared' for other people to kill you.
:mc_38-2:- Fresh space for everyone.
:mc_38-2:- You can easily see where your island ends.

Not a fan of the ideas because if players can fly on other islands they can come places were they not supposed to come. and the same for flying outside your island you fly to someone's is and can do what you want here

They should make it so that you don't fall off your island when you accidentally fly behind the border. It is very annoying when you fall straight into the void and have to do /ob or /is.

Well, let me give my opinions on your suggestions.

As for the flying on other islands, I could honestly take it or leave it, it's not really a necessity and could annoy players who've built things bases on the fact that players can't fly on their island, so really a 50 50 on that one for me personally.

The disable of the fly when you leave your island border, has been a thing forever, we've copped with it forever, it's honestly not the biggest fear. It's as simple as just typing /ob (instant tp) or just falling back into your border and typing /fly again

Nether pvp is something when Leon asked about it, I was with the idea 100% seeing as obsidian wasn't the easiest thing to come by, and the fact the nether was not a needed place to visit for really any reason, it gave the nether more of a sense of danger and I personally like it

finally, the nether portal for everyone. I do like this idea, seeing as everyone currently spawns at the same place, it would be nice if every island had it's own spawn point in the nether, making it so every resource within 10000 blocks isn't just gone for those who are new or haven't been able to get to the nether as quick as some.

These are my opinions, all around good suggestions though, feel free to disagree but this is just my opinion :)

* Mysticfox should be able to fly on other other islands with "/fly e" if not please correct me :)
* As @C2Obezerk said its a simple /ob to get back to your island if you do go outside of the area of your island.
*The nether now has a protection zone before you go into pvp area, PvP is to make the nether a more dangerous place. Also allowing people with the same portal means that other portals can't be trapped which may lead to more bans.

You can not fly on anyone else's island currently, no command bypasses it :)
 
The pvp and the use of the same portal in The Nether is no problem for me. But the portal itself is in a very annoying place. You walk 1 block forward and you fall '3 km' deep into the lava. I don't think new players or players who have never been in the nether would like that. Not everyone is going to do /ob fast to get by.

So if the space around the portal could be enlarged a bit, that would be much finer!
 
All the other ones I can deal without. the thing with the island border would be nice. currently you have to build until you find where the border is. it stops you from building past that and sometimes it can mess up your builds as you dont know where 100% the border Is. +1 for the border and +0 for the others
