Title Rideable Mobs in Warp Pvp

Description of suggestion
Since Spear is coming soon, I feel like it would be great if we would be allowed to use something like horses in pvp so that we can pvp with spears easily. Spears are used with horses in the minecraft snapshots so I feel like it is best if they are paired together. Also I would suggest that we can use happy ghasts in warp pvp since it would make pvp more exciting.

Same could be said about enderpearls yet they are allowed

whenever you use them 30 seconds get added to the combat timer but with mobs u could just run away with the combat timer not counting it

You know that mobs are killable right? You can use a bow or crossbow easily

Make them immune for crosbows + reduce damage for bow. Add extra health all together so it isnt killed that easily.
