Something that needs to be understood here is that running a game server often has issues like this.
He's not a big name gaming/software company that has 20-30 programmers working around the clock to fix every little bug that pops up.
Cloak does everything he can to fix things as they come up, but he does have a life outside of the server as well.
A little patience goes a long way here, and continuing to be polite while we work through issues with the server is a benefit to everyone.

I'm closing this thread as it is toxic, unnecessary and isn't a suggestion as stated in the title.
I'm very sorry you're having issues and aren't pleased with the server right now, but this is not especially helpful in resolving the problems you're facing.
