Add /nick, /chat, /pay,donor mines and re enable chest shops

Donor mines - Slime blocks and quartz coz redstone

Possible side effects of suggestion
Make the server fun again and why not last map had them and there was no problems

Pretty much as Ugur said, /pay ruins the economy of it. Nobody is gonna wanna bother working for free, and I have plenty of pals who'd lend me the money for it.
