make it possible to make an autodropper with observers again, if you do it now there will be a sign with [This redstone is going to fast make it slower from console]. Because you cant build ore farms anymore at your wwarp. And you cant make it slower with repeaters because 1 tap per 3 seconds is all too fast.
Now miner minions are verry trash because you have to much stone/redstone/coal/lapis lazuli
Possible side effects of suggestion
for everyone who just joined the server cant get ores easy because they dont have any rank for ores in an cobble generator. So i wanted to make it a little bit easier for the beginning people but now i cant
