Description of suggestion
xp spawners are useless

we have rn 2 xp spawners and /drop (once in 30sec) it drops the xp from 1 bottle of enchanting
thats useless

we want a buff

Can't do that since the xp needed per lvl is variable per lvl. 1 lvl in xp for you could mean 5 lvls for someone else.
Do however agree with just flat increasing it to 3-5 bottles of xp up from 1.
