Welcome to the application for one of the most OP Factions on the server (that doesn't dupe *cough* Jimmy543)
This is the official application for the Skills Faction, so here we go
Requirements:
-Must have 10/10 power. We will monitor your power constantly
-You must be active and be mildly op (we can make exceptions)
-You must be kinda well-known on the server
-You must not be an enemy of our Faction previously
