Rank reset?

Hi! I've been playing on Foxcraft creative for almost 3 year I think? and stopped for a year and when I got back online on the account useIes (capital i) I dont own my ShadowFox rank for some reason. I've read the forums and I do not remember the date of the purchase nor do I have access to that email since it wasnt mine. I've checked my "second account" 7mn (it wasnt meant to be a second account since I lost useIes for awhile) and I dont own Skyfox on it either.

Hope whoever is reading this is corona free and doing wealthy,

Hey! Creative ranks were lost in an update about a month ago I believe. Report your problem here: https://www.mcfoxcraft.com/support/3/select and you should most likely get it back. Hope you’re doing well during this time as well!
