Title Change Creative Mode timer to a daily reset (aligned with Daily Shop)
Description of suggestion
Currently, the 1 hour of Creative Mode per 24 hours is very punishing. If you activate it, use it for 20 minutes, and then leave or go offline, the remaining 40 minutes completely disappear. You are then forced to wait the full 24 hours just to use it again.
Instead of a rolling 24-hour cooldown, it should give a flat 1 hour of total usable time per day that resets at the same time as the Daily Shop. This way, if you leave after 20 minutes, your remaining 40 minutes are saved to be used later that same day.
So just in short, instead of having creative every 24 hours you will have 1 hour of use every day, which is a small change but has a huge impact.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good side effect: Players won't lose their creativemode time just for taking a break or logging off, making the feature feel much better and fair.
Bad side effect: Players could use their 1 hour right before the shop resets and another hour right after, though they would just be burning through their next day's time early.
