Title Add an xp system for the minions

Description of suggestion
Add an xp system for the minions so that way when it gets enough xp, you can upgrade the tier using the xp, or you can still upgrade the tier using money

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good - Good for beginners who can't make alot of money

Alternatively, make slayer minions, as an example, store the exp of the mobs they kill, to be collected by the owner.
