Title Fast Hopper

Description of suggestion
Remove the fast hopper addition or the 64 tick on them. Everything i try do the hoppers mess it up, auto sorters, then an adaptation of one. Super smelters cannot be made. A lot of technical machinery is limited or not possible due to the hoppers

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good - more machinery can be made possible.
Bad - hoppers are slower, but is it bad?

Its a way to reduce lag from a server. Hardly anyone uses auto sorters cause of minions having a sorter variant.
