New kitpvp perks!

Hello pvpers!

I have added yet another new and custom feature to our network. Specifically for kitpvp!
You can now use perks ingame. They can be bought with ingame money, and you can have up to 2 perks at a time.

Type: /perks (to see all the perks you can get at this time, more might be added later)

Commands:
/perks
/activeperks (See wich perks are active, and how much time they have left)

The first kitpvp was pretty much like the one we have now lol, the 2nd one was where it was at (kit wingman era) cloakfox is planning on an update so it's something to look forward to.
