Closed Neat pluggins for facs

*Description of suggestion: To add the following pluggins. These aren't 100% necessary, but are rather just fun to add. Affixes denied these ages ago, because he's a sort of neat freak when it comes to how things look on the server, but these would make the server just better in general

1) Item Linker
Yep. Allows you to do [item] whilst holding a thing in hand, and it creates a chat message displaying the name of the item. When it is hovered over via chat, it displays a small window showing enchants, lore, etc.

2) Item Renamer
Allows you to rename items with color codes! Would make weapons/armor/etc. look super cool and creative. Also could be added as a rank perk, which would publicize purchasing ranks.

Possible side effects of suggestion: Would just have to drag some files and tweak some code. Other than that, would be awesome, and fun to have. Comment what you think below.

For the Item Linker, I think that it would probably just create mass spam with possibly in-appropriate names that players used the Item Renamer to make. But I think that the Item Renamer it self would be very cool and fun to add. Maybe it could be put into a rank like VIP or Skyfox.
