Make heads useful?

I think we should we should be able to eat heads that will give us regen and speed 1 or 2 for a certain amount. It would be a good addition. like on uhc type things idk. Just to get ideas flowing

Maybe be able to trade heads for kill crates? Just a possible suggestion that could be a loophole in the eula.
