Description of suggestion
I understand why fireworks are disabled in PvP for balance reasons, but I think a balanced system would work better than a full restriction.

For example, fireworks could be allowed only when both players are using elytra, so neither side has an unfair mobility advantage. If one player tries to disengage or fly far away, the system could balance it by giving the chasing player extra fireworks, temporary buffs, or limiting how far combatants can separate.

Another option could be a PvP zone where players are kept within a certain area, or where the fleeing player is penalized or repositioned, so fights stay fair and interactive.

This way, the battlefield stays balanced while still allowing more dynamic and skill-based PvP instead of completely blocking fireworks.

Possible side effects of suggestion

• More balanced aerial PvP when both players are using elytra
• Less running away, since distance limits or chase balancing keep fights active
• Higher skill expression through elytra control and timing rather than pure gear
• More engaging combat that feels faster and more dynamic
