An obvious and a long used method is the "you go first" where you tell your trader to go first, as he drops items. You disconnect.

When you promise someone an upgrade in their rank, they drop you items. You disconnect. Ez
Another way is teaming with a guy, act as a team. Then when he drops with good armor, you kill him. Ez lyfe
Another way is manipulating the server they love. Lets say I love factions. Someone will come to me and say ill give u p4 in factions for p4 in kitpvp.
Then when they drop. Ez money ez lyfe
