How is the New Factions Going to Be?

I was wondering if the new factions will be any different from how it was before. I might consider playing if old factions is added back. Will old factions be added back? I'd appreciate if someone would let me know. Thanks!

They are completely making a new factions so you will just have to see once it comes out ;p
