Elytra Flight Boost

Hi everyone,
My teammate and I acquired elytra today, and were disappointed to find out that the firework boost doesn't work. I held a firework in my hand in flight and when I used it, it didn't do anything. I am able to do this successfully in my singleplayer file so I know I'm using it correctly...any thoughts on this potential bug?

This is a 1.11.2 feature, but the server is 1.8+ or whatever on the servers, so the servers don't fully support the 1.11 features. Stick with Punch2 bows.

Oh I see...thanks for the information. Do they plan to update? Elytra flight boost is life and I really hope they update soon!

If you really want it go make a suggestion in the suggestion section. Flight boost is bae though.
