We should have /cosmetics where players can get custom outfits, hats, trails, tp effects, etc. We can amplify this but essentially giving them a closet that they can pull from and custom outfits from special events like Foxtrials or holidays like Halloween and Christmas. We can also make the outfits from Holidays limited edition for the month of that holiday. Example: a Santa, Elf, Snowman and Reindeer outfit for all of December. They can buy cosmetic keys, get them from other crates or "gamble" with in-game money for less rare cosmetics. I also feel like these should roll-over with every reset so that players can keep the special limited edition outfits.

I don’t think cosmetics should be obtainable through crate keys, since that lets players gamble with irl money for the outfits they like.
Special/limited-edition cosmetics should only be awarded to the top 3–5 players in tournaments or events, so everyone has a fair chance to get them without spending IRL money.
Lower-rarity cosmetics could be added to the Pinata crate, similar to how lower-rarity vehicles are handled.
If we do add a “Cosmetic Crate” in the future, I think it’s fair to also add a “Cosmetic Key” to the Pinata crate, just like Legendary Keys.
