challenge help

my friend (pdf80) just completed a challenge, Treecutter, in the competent section. it says the first time you complete it, you get 16 redstone, 5 iron ore, and 1 wolf spawn egg.
however she did not receive a wolf spawn egg. is it a chance reward or is this a bug?
(we were playing on glacier if you want to know)

Was her inventory full at that moment in time? If so the egg would not come. If you want a wolf egg so badly I recommend checking out some shops. My favorite is DjQueen's.

No she had an empty inventory at that moment, but I'll check the shop you suggested
