Yeh it is basically impossible to rank up from elite to complete because you don't get rare minerals at the elite mine and on the last prison cactus farms were a really good way to get the money you need to rankup

I agree mostly because lowering it to $5 was a little much even though the cacti grow faster than pumpkins. I'd be happy even if it was $8 at this point, it's just plain ridiculous to have it lowered down to $5 in my opinion.
This isn't because I have a cactus farm but it's because I believe lowering the price that much wasn't a very good idea.(P.S. I recommend making a pumpkin farm if this doesn't get fixed. I'll help make you one if you are confused on how to make one.)
