My favourite Foxcraft memory: The Great Spore Blossom Quest
I only joined about two weeks ago, after not touching Minecraft for ~5 years (last thing I remember is the Aquatic update, so yes, I've been called "unc" and "opa" more than once already ).
Day 6: TheBraveSouls typed "wait… click this" and gifted me my first rank, "free, my support to a new player". That pretty much set the tone for this server.
Then I decided my build needed Spore Blossoms. Quest log:
- Visited literally every /pwarp. Nothing. Did get me a trophy though.
- Finally found a shop selling them for 5K each, proudly told Maud, who replied: "lieverd... dat is buying, niet selling"
- Maud assured me I could just place them myself in /foxcreative, so I got a rank upgrade for it only to get "You can't do that in creative mode" the second I tried
- Put "Buying Spore Blossom @ 20K each" in chat. Crickets.
- 29 October, 23:18. Finally in the /shop
- Still not used a single one
Honourable mentions:
Wandering into PvP during Pinata Party and getting smashed by Luchtmacht and PRIKSTOKJE. about twenty times in one evening. In between deaths I listed a Bucket of Piss on the AH for $10, and someone actually bought it. Meanwhile Hammie was selling my head for $800, and actually sold it?!
