  • *Description of suggestion: To let @jayxkrazies and @11kobeer handle the applications.
  • Possible side effects of suggestion: Since @cloakfox has his hands full by coding the server and whatever he does I really don't know. I thought it'd be a great idea if @jayxkrazies and @11kobeer would handle the applications(only if they want to do it themselves ofcourse).

  • Possible side effects of suggestion: You can't have enough helpers/guards right? so why not open up applications for them both 24/7? I mean yes it might take a long time to go thru all applications and maybe it will get the same effect as the suggestion thread right now, but it's worth a shot (imo).

I don't think mentoring is a good idea everyone learns differently and sometimes a mentor is a bad idea. For example i prefer to just be given a sheet saying what to do and learning from it.

Great idea, however it may overload us with helpers.
 
I'd actually disagree, I think it'd be better for it to be open only sometimes. Honestly, it'd be hard to choose between so many possible candidates, if the apps would be ALWAYS open. I could see this happen, and if it did, I'm sure it would be handled well.
 
The mentor idea... All ready happening and the helper application thing is just getting greedy.
