Description of suggestion
Light blocks have immense capabilities, and when used correctly they can elevate a build, without needing to use visible light sources. The only thing hindering this, is the price of $42.500 (on oneblock). I think, to allow for more creativity, not only should the price be lowered, but allowing the vanilla option to change the strength it shines with would be amazing.

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good: allows for better builds with more seamless lighting
Bad: i don't know, if you make them cost more than the base price in the shop then i don't see a problem, since they are better than any other light source.

I've decreased the price of light blocks by 50%, also in regards to changing light level of the block

can you try this: Click on any placed light block, whilst holding another light block in your hotbar, this should allow changing the brightness of the block.

Changes currently only done on Oneblock

it didnt work if i shift click it places the other light block too, and if i right click nothing happens
