Towny:

• added /playershop & /playershop sell {amount}
• Added new donator & up perks
• Nerfed griefing towns (after next auto restart)
• Made it so sponge absorbs water (after next auto restart)
• Added /mail
• Players can now create their own [mail] signs! (screenshot below)

Skyblock:

• Fixed /trade
• Added /trails (Skyfoxes & up are able to use all the particles/trails)

Creative:

• Added /trails (Skyfoxes & up are able to use all the particles/trails)

Survival:

• Nerfed the amount of claim blocks you get per hour from 250 to 100
• Default claim blocks new players get is now set at 750 (from 1000)
• Max claim blocks you can get is 25.000 (instead of 100.000)

These changes where made because it was very easy for (new) players to claim massive amounts of land. This should hopefully solve frustrated players in the future that are unable to claim any land, because everything has been claimed.
