Kingdoms:

• Added various turret upgrades (thanks @Nowaha)
• Added sound effects when players get promoted or demoted in the kingdom (thanks @Nowaha)
• Massively nerfed spawners in Elysium world, as originally intended (thanks @OliverHD)

Parkour:

• Added parkour leaderboards that can be added by map makers on their maps (thanks @MisterMel)
• Fixed issue with /fp search not taking our sorting preference into account (thanks @MisterMel)

• Enabled new hologram leaderboards on a bunch of popular maps
