    If people are genuinely sorry they can appeal their mute, again no need for a fee. Usually people buy unban fees if the staff deems their appeal poor.

    1) for it to get to the stage where you get perm muted you must be breaking the rules constantly for a long period of time 2) if it was a false mute, should they not be intitled to a free unmute....?
