Oneblock - 12h rotating shop

there will never be another 2 week wait for carrots because of the change that was made previously.

a 24 hour cycle will benefit everyone, casual players and really active ones, allowing everyone to have access to the shop in a day cycle, where if carrots are on in the early morning, a normal working person or someone with a busy day, can risk missing out entirely. and because of the change made to not repeat shop items in rotations, that would mean a potential long wait.

While i can understand it is annoying that you now have to wait to sell things another 12 hours, it does make sense to have it at 24 hours, for every player around, not just those who can get on often.

-1 i dont play OB at all. But this will have issues with timezones. It will be unfair for USA if timed on Europe

Nobody had any issues with a 12h rotating shop whatsoever so you're changing it for no other reason than to be annoying.

A 12h shop allows for better distribution of materials for building etc but also for more frequent carrot selling opportunities. If a 24h shop is reinstalled there will be a whole lot of angry oneblock players that are constantly complaining about a long wait between carrots. Literally nothing good comes out of this and i seriously am flabbergasted at how random this decision is.

Need i remind you of that time we waited 2 weeks for carrots.

Saying nobody had an issue with the 12 hour rotating shop is outright dishonest, as I personally had a major issue with that feature as it made it impossible to create a pumpkin farm. Saying "nobody" had an issue is a bad thing to say as you're speaking for every single player, when in reality you should only be speaking for yourself.

Why should you make shop rotations every 12h?

Kids go to school & they are sleeping. So if you have rotations every 12h, 90% of the players will miss 1 out of 2 shops every day, and that will result in mad players, which will result in losing players.

If you miss a shop once the average time to get carrots again is within like 3 days as compared to 6 if it was a 24h shop.
the cons get COMPLETELY outweighed by this

In general, the points they're making is that you, can only speak for yourself.

you most certainly do not speak for me, as I quite like the 24 hour shop, because it is fair to everyone, in every time zone.

They are pointing out, that you are throwing insults at cloak, instead of being level headed, and making a proposal, that doesnt sound like a spoiled brat that lost his toy. I know you are most capable of that, you're smart when you want to be.

You are completly missing the point Quack. There are people playing from multiple timezones, and legit people in this post telling you, that they did not like the change.

It matters how to post things, because if you want people to take you seriously, spouting insults and anger, isnt going to look good, nor will it be responded to in the way that you want.

I have every much a right to comment on this as anyone else.

From the sheer comments alone here, it should be obvious to you, that it is not a clear case of "everyone" wanting the 12 hour shop back.
It implicates, that is was NOt on a whim. You are assuming things, and i get that it is annoying, for you, and i mean you. You can only ever speak for yourself. Noone else.

There has been posted by me and others, the practicle use for a 24 hour shop, because it ill benefit a community as a whole, not just EU, not just those who stays at home. Over all, life needs to have a place for all of us, and that is why the 24 hour rotating shop, is a valuable and conciderate choice.

Perhaps you would benefit more with coming up for new sollutions, like a permant shop that has things, you can always sell, at a lower cost per chance, since its available 24/7 and leave the rotating shop for buying mainly.

Think more creatively, instead of getting mad about things.

It used to be 24 hours shop. so it isnt like this has not been the majority of the time. The 12h shop was a relatively recent addition. It was meerly undone.


At the end of the day, Cloak is the owner. You are a player. There will always be changes that some of us will disagree with, it's infact one of the reasons i decided to step back from foxcraft to begin with.

and yeah, we can make SUGGESTIONS for changes, but that doesnt mean that cloak should, would or sometimes even could make those changes.

So if you're here, being all angry, and insulting, what incentive, will cloak have, to even listen to you?

I get that, and that is his right to do so.
There is nothing you can do about it, i ecourage trying to be level headed and not get angry when you're posting a suggestion, a it will prevent people from taking it seriously, and i know you want this to be taken seriously.
