  • *Description of suggestion: Ok this is just an idea and I think it will never be done but let's just get the idea out there. So yesterday I was on and recorded a 30-minute video and in the video I got 4 people banned because they were hacking. Now let's get on with this idea. Considering the fact that there is almost never any staff on I think there should be like a "Hacker Rank" where people could have few commands that might just help with this. Now I don't know how all this would work and with the trust issues and people abusing this but I would have to say this rank would have to go to people that someone can trust. Because of it sad that I caught 4 hackers in a 30-minute video. And what even makes it more sad is that is staff should be the one banning people no some staff member that plays creative 24/7 and bans people for hacked items. Becuase that's pretty much what the staff does. So since the staff is kinda "useless" there should be a rank given to trusted players that can record and are very trusted with the comunity.
  • Possible side effects of suggestion: People could possibly abuse the commands (NOTE: This does not go out to every player it is kinda like the helper rank and they can record and put it on the fourms. They can't ban what so ever or mute!)

-1 as you just said its basically the helper rank lol. Just ask for more helper applications. No need to create a whole new rank which is just the same but having a different tag.

It's not the helper rank... More people would have the rank. And what helpers? None of them are ever on when there are hackers.

Of corse, you wouldn't know there are hackers. You are almost never on and when are actually on you don't do anything but afk. Maybe you should get to know your OWN server a bit more and then you will know what goes on.

I feel that the staff team doesn't actually perform like a staff team. They don't ban hacker correctly, there are hacker a and glitch abusers that have been playing since last summer.

I agree. I was once banned because SprinkldDonut said: "You looked like you were hacking." How does that work? Oh well, I guess but yes they don't really take time to look into it yet alone record it. I personally think that every person that is banned for hacking the staff member must have a screenshot or recording to back it up. Honestly, I have a bad computer and I can record with decent fps. And in the helper apps, it asks if you can record. What's the point of asking this if none of them do it anyways and none of them play?
 
If they cannot ban or mute, isn't it essentially just giving a useless rank to people who would report the hacker/player on the forums anyways? I'm guessing if it were added, it'd only be given to report players often, so wouldn't it be kind of unnecessary if they do it regardless?

No, the "rank:" would give the player commands to make it easier to get people recorded. More like /v and /fly in unclaimed areas and yes the rank would be given to players that can record.

This is the worst idea ever. Yes ik the staff team is complete trash but a "hacker rank"??? tf is wrong with you. This thread is basically just you being a helper wannabe. If you want another staff rank just ask for HPatrol, which was good.

I think what should happen is a silent rank meaning there's no tag and they can't be seen in /staff

Ok, first it's not really ok to go on someone's thread and say it's "the worst idea ever" I would say its ok to say you disagree but not that. It's ok tho I know there are people such as yourself that have metal problems. But no it's not. And it's not a staff "wannabe" it's a rank given to players so they can record them. They can't ban and mute etc. but they can record and make a player report. And if you played the server you would know how many hackers there are. And it needs to be fixed.

At this point, I'm starting to think you are just on this thread to just make problems. Have you even read what I have said? I said that if you get this "rank" you would not be able to ban you would just be able to record without anyone knowing. And they would get little to no commands as I have already said. The commands would most likely be /v and /fly and /tpo but that's about it.

Ok a few things. First of all "if you played the server". Can you please try to use correct grammar? Also i'm pretty sure that I do play on this server. And am i supposed to be insulted that im not a nerd like you and i dont play on it for hours? and every player can record people hacking they dont need a rank. Secondly, "It's ok tho I know there are people such as yourself that have mental problems". Its funny when an 8 year old that has copied and pasted his other suggestion that got denied instantly, says that to me. Again like @MeLikeUnicorns said just ask for more helper applications. Look, kid, we can go all day about your grammar. Also by playing this game does not make me a nerd you call me immature by my signature. Yes, my signature is a bit immature but its funny. Also yes every player can record but I guess you don't get the idea. When someone is hacking and knows there's a staff on of corse there going to turn their hacks off. So why not give it to players that are WAY more active than the staff and see how many bans there are because of the player reports. And yes I did copy and paste this because I needed to respond to the people that posted on my previous one thread. But really all the things you have asked and said I have already typed so clearly you have not read anything I have said. That just proves you are here to cause problems. I guess people like you can live up to their name because you really are a toxic member of Foxcraft.
