- *Description of suggestion: I'm suggesting to begin a new type of staffing on foxcraft, It would be much better to have active players apply for Helper which will have a new important role for the server, they will apply for the gamemode they are most active on where they will only have perms there to staff that gamemode that way players will get help from a responsible mature active member of the staff team in the gamemode they are in rather then having staff all going to the same gamemode, however there is nothing wrong with that but it appears to be more efficient in getting work done, the staff will obviously still be allowed to freely go to other gamemodes but must be most active in their chosen/assigned gamemode. The Helpers can then be promoted to Mod which their new role could be to staff the rest of the gamemodes that way we don't have the Mods and Helpers basically doing the same thing. I also suggest the Helper maybe have the same perms or different however you choose.
- Possible side effects of suggestion: Some Helpers may apply for Creative or other gamemodes like that which would be harder for them to catch hackers, etc.
