Description of suggestion Useing /Helpop so if anyone needs help they can use /Helpop and it can be a lot easier then getting staff all the time.

Possible side effects of suggestion: Like I said it will be easier then getting staff all the time, so if staff are busy you can use /Helpop

Well 2 reasons, .. so if someone Advertised you can use the command and if someone was hacking and you cant rec it use the command.

Hackers could check if staff are on and stop hacking when they see staff what we need is /report
