Server of suggestion: the Forums

Description of suggestion: To add ranks players have in-game, like VIP, VIP+, Skyfox, etc. instead of their current ones like Newbie. Obviously this wouldn't override Staff, Helper, etc.

Possible side effects of suggestion: Time to make it work automatically (although cloakfox did say he had a way to do this a while back when it was first suggested

We should keep both forums rank and donated rank
