could somebody maybe enable /withdraw again since all the People without donor+ cant pay others and People often ask me how they can pay me.

/pay is only for donors I believe it is no longer available for completes who don't have a rank.

As for the thing about /withdraw, if my memory is correct /withdraw was linked to 2 money glitches in which people abused.
