Help with redstone!!!!

In Skyblock I made an auto garbage disposal system and it wont work because the Redstone keep "breaking" (bugging out)... Can someone help me fix it or solve the problem. (Whenever it activates a black particle appears... *Halp!!!

There is a clock breaker plugin running on the server that's supposed to break clock circuits if they're too fast. Unfortunately, as it currently stands, it breaks ANY clock circuits, even the super slow ones for pork grinders.
