Title Better Tournament Rewards

Description of suggestion
Current Tournament Rewards only gives 10k for 1st place, yet the amount of people doing the tournaments is basically none. This is mostly because that 10k reward isn't enough to farm whatever the tournament requires.

I propose that tournament rewards are buffed slightly by giving things like votepoints. This would increase participation in the tournaments and allow for more activity among players as they try to get the new and improved rewards

Possible side effects of suggestion
Good:
More Participation in Tournaments
More Competition
More Ways to Earn Vote Points

Bad:
None

While I dont play Survival this seems good, maybe do this for all gamemodes.
This is also easily implemented via the PyroFishing/Farming Config

Ty for the support, though I mostly meant the Tournaments like "Most Netherwart/Pumpkins/Cocoa Farmed in 10 minutes" tournaments, though I suppose adding it for fishing would also be a great addition!
