If you're like 13 and 11 months they'll maybe consider.

It says plus or minus a couple months is okay so if you're turning 14 this year I think it will be fine

The issue is not with parental permission, it's with the maturity of the people applying. I'd say give it a shot but your chances are significantly lower

You must meet our age requirement otherwise you won't be accepted even if you have parental permission.
