Closed Warzone stuff

*Description of suggestion: To allow:

• Enderpearling in combat
• Splash Potions to actually effect people in the warzone
• /fix in combat for a cost ($)

Possible side effects of suggestion: Would just make pvp a lot more interesting with debuffs and enderpearls would be nice for getting out of traps/fixing armor/switching armor. /fix in combat would be nice because you would not need 5, 6, or 7 sets of armor while pvping.
