Tool Enchants and Wither Skeletons

So I have this situation where I can't add 6 or more plus enchants to my tools in prison and it messes up gameplay especially when I try to add something extra. Can you please fix this issue and extend the limit to maybe 7 enchants on a tool? Another remark I want to make is that some slime-fun items can't be made without the wither skeleton. so could you please add it to the mob farm in the south mine as well? Thank you!

1. there is an enchanting limit to prevent too OP items, mainly for PVP
2. you can get nether stars from mining in the south nether mine
