Hello again. This machine is similar to my auto concrete powder crafter using the same torch burnout clock for the timing of the circuit.

The redstone repeater settings on the two that connect to the droppers must be set to 3 to convert the rapid flashing redstone signal into 4 pulses. A lever to turn the machine off is always a high value option to prevent server lag as this machine can run until the supplies deplete. Load enough supplies and it will run on and on albeit slowly. This is a set it and forget it machine that is fairly server friendly I think. Not sure but at the speed it runs I would think it is okay.
It does not look as though I have completed the circuit to power the crafter when it has completed a recipe, but the timing of the machine does infact empty the crafter just at the beginning of the its cycle. I was surprised at this because the signal goes into the droppers first then the crafter but as it runs the crafter does actually empty before new supplies are added. Not sure why but not complaining.

The gunpowder needs to be in the 2 droppers shown or the order in the crafter will be wrong. The top dropper only puts in 1 gunpowder in the last position of the crafter.

Easy machine to make and does not need any interaction other than keeping supplies in the droppers for it to craft with.
Hope this helps, have fun out there.
