Closed Survival pvp

This has been sort of a problem with people going in survival pvp and using /speed command. My suggestion is to make it so that if you get combat tagged your speed gets automatically set to 1.

Thanks for the feedback
From now on, players should have their walk speed reset back to 1 when they get combat tagged! (On survival)
