I’m not sure how possible this is, but I’d like to suggest a /claimchat command on survival, which would function similarly to how /plot chat works on Creative. As far as I know, there isn’t a plugin that currently does this.
For those unfamiliar, the global chat is the default server-wide chat, while the plot chat is restricted to players within the same plot. Similarly, claim chat would limit messages to players within the same claim.
The benefit(s) of this feature would include less chat-related punishments (e.g. message spam, chat flood) and thus providing a better experience for players hosting mini-events or games
