Hello, I'm Redex and I'm a retired staff member on Foxcraft and Badlion staff member. So, I know how the server opporates and how the staff team is managed. I also know how Foxcraft compares to other popular servers, both ingame and behind the scenes. Here's some suggestions I'd like you to implement:
  • Addition of a [Retired] rank Globally.
This rank would be issued to retired staff members who spent countless hours moderating and helping the server. It would serve as a 'Thank-You' and would contain Foxking permissions.
  • Improved Staff Management
Hopefully, with you as a manager, this won't be an issue but I'm asking for tighter staff management where staff members are PROPERLY reviewed and assessed.
Here are some ideas: A mentor system could be established, written evaluations on staff or regular checks on staff's progress and regular checks on activity.

Jesse (JPlay08) already made a thread like this.. But I do agree with much of what you're saying, and you'll probably receive the retired staff rank after Foxcraft and it's Forums has settled down a bit.
 
That'd be great. In order to greater educate staff members, the perfect people to teach them is retired staff. It'll take less time out of their schedule, and it'd create memories. Foxcraft is all about those.

Actually, I made a thread with the OLD server management which was denied, idiot.
 
As for now some of the resigned staff members dont even have an forums account... But for the ones who do they should get some reward for their previous efforts put into the server.

I fully agree with this idea. Retired staff members should have a rank, To be honored as a staff member,.
Kinda like a vetran should be rewarded for being a someone at a someones war. :P

I think the first is a good idea but the second isn't, we don't need better management. We are perfectly fine as we are.

If you're demoted, that must be for a reason. [Retired] tags are therefore useless...
