Description of suggestion
- Replace Biggest Towns with "Largest Towns" or "Top Towns"
- Add a top balance system.
- Add top balance entity in spawn.
- Add an end portal spawn.
- Add a buy shop with high costs.

- Biggest seems an inappropriate word to use.
- Top balance will increase competition.
- An end portal will allows players to grind enderpearls and acquire end specific items.
- Buy shops will allow desperate players to acquire resources at the cost of their monetary gains.

Possible side effects of suggestion
+ Will increase competition and increase interest in server
- Reliance on buy shop
