For which gamemode is this suggestion:
The Entire Server

Description of suggestion:
You guys should really get a /helpop command. It's a simple command /helpop that would make it easier to get ahold of staff in cases of a hacker or if you are stuck or if someone is extremely toxic. Not to mention this you can even set it up so people who get muted can use it to and still report people. Plus reports on forums would go down and everything is quick an easy. Speaking for someone who does have a tendency to get muted a lot, it would be nice to still be able to /helpop ______ is using KillAura in KitPvp or /helpop Hacker in Factions.

Possible side effects of suggestion:
Wow look! There is none! It would be beneficial for everyone. Players on foxcraft get muted, some longer then others. This way muted players can report hackers and such, as well as people who do not have forums and or discord accounts. The only real downside is the misuse of helpop, but depending on the circumstances can be punishable with tempbans/kicks. Plus since before it wasn't working now we have iBrady to make it work.

-1 people would just troll, it’s not bad to just /staff and msg a staff memeber

are you stupid? What about muted people. You would obviously be able to punish people who spam this command, considering you're now banning for spams.

Please read the entire post rather than creating an unneeded argument after reading a line.
[doublepost=1509380820,1509380786][/doublepost]P.s @ProbationZ muted people cant /msg

to probations point, if you are muted there is the forums. where most problems should be taken care of. I think if anything there should be trusted players who have the helpop command or something similar to get help from a staff member. IF anything because it's already annoying (speaking from a retired staff) to have people coming to you every 5 mins saying there is someone being rude on another server or just something silly. helpop would just end up being abused then ignore by staff if everyone had it

As i said, whoever abuses this command gets a 1 hour ban or something.

How difficult can it be to post a screenshot in the report section, and then when you reported him to /ignore him until a staff member decides the punishment? Like come on.. it literally takes 2 minutes to do this. When a hacker is online, do the same, record and report him. Most hacker reports get looked at instantly since there are some sweaty staff members ;) sniping the player report section (not going to mention names). And if that doesn't do the trick for you, do /staff, go to that specific server where the staff member is online on, and ask them if you could come take a look. It's so SIMPLE AND EASY.

Seriously get over this dumb /helpop command.. .Period

First off, many players arent able to record. I am not able to record. So lets say im on kitpvp and Im perm muted and theres like 5 hackers, and there are staff on creative. I could just /helpop and get their immediate attention.

If I were to report the players on the forums, staff would ask for proof. and by the time they look at the report, the hacker would be gone.

and poof there goes a hacker.

now, how about giving a real reason to not get /helpop

Im on a different timezone, and my reports usually take a very long time to be looked at.

You don't play the server, so I don't understand why you're so upset with people trying to suggest a new system with hackers, who have problems with recording etc with what Six just said.

First of off guys, stay friendly and remember she’s just trying to make the game better for all of us when she takes her time to come and post here, even if you don’t think it would increase a ‘fun’ or what ever factor. You should at least appreciate that.

I am sorry you are unable to record but what you are saying is a huge what if. One if you are perm muted you should be appealing it on the forums. Second off you would have to be the only player on Kitpvp who’s not a hacker and able to speak due to the other player just doing /staff etc. Although let’s just entertain the idea of it, me personally I think the reason someone gets “perm muted” is because at 1 point a trusted staff member thought a player could got be a good influence on the Community by them breaking rules repeatedly, etc. I think by giving them this helpop command maybe you will help the one out of 1000 people who will get perma muted who regret what they did and are appealing their mute but almost every other time the command would just be used for spamming the staff when the get muted, or even just talking to them. So many people get muted every day by staff on every server and every staff don’t need to see every single convo for a staff member muting a player for 15 mins. So back you your proposal, I see where that direct point would benefit a small few of players who are already on the edge of the Community but I just don’t see how it benefits the server over all? Thanks for reading.

Also a quick repy to this. When a staff mutes someone... They get upset, who doesn’t? what happens next? They spam helpop because they are annoyed. Sure what was a 15 min mute for spamming chat because they were heated about a topic turns into a temp ban? That just decreases the player count and takes away fun for all of us.

Lol, I'm not reading all that. Firstly Baest is a male, and why should a person who no longer plays or has an impact on the server or anything have an opinion or as important opinion as an active player? Doesn't make sense, people who generally play the server should be the ones speaking on the future of it or any changes, not players who do not touch the server months on end, like yourself and Baest.

Hello,

This is already planned to implement shortly.
Players will be able to /helpop on every server (with a cooldown).

Also, you will get punished for abusing it. When it is implemented there will be a rule for it.
